The infrastructure
behind the future.
The procurement record for long-lead electrical equipment. Specification packages and supplier quotes in, an engineer-reviewed comparison out, every number traced to its page.
From specification to award.
A specification becomes typed requirements. Quotes become a comparison an engineer has signed. Nothing is sent or awarded without a person.
- Ingest specs
- Review requirements
- Compare quotes
- Award on record
The decision lives in four places, and none of them is a record.
A sixty-page Spec rev B.pdf, quotes from Supplier A, Supplier B and Supplier C, a retyped bid-tab v7.xlsx and an engineer's memory. Infrora makes them one record: values typed and anchored to their page, exceptions decided by a named engineer, sends and awards signed.
Requirements
Every requirement, traced to its page.
The specification is parsed into typed requirements. Each one shows the exact source text and page, and critical fields wait for an engineer.
- Evidence anchors
- Typed units
- Hard gates
- Engineer sign-off

Review inbox
Quotes arrive. Exceptions find the engineer.
Supplier replies are parsed as they land. Hard gates are checked in code; anything unknown or contradictory is routed, never passed.
- Email ingest
- Deterministic checks
- Stale detection
- Priority routing

Evaluation
A comparison you can defend.
Pass, fail or unknown per hard gate, evaluated cost per quote, and no total when a required component is missing. The cheapest price never outranks a failed gate.
- Landed cost
- FX pinned to a date
- Pass / fail / unknown
- Frozen snapshot

What we hold to.
Unknown is never compliant.
A missing or ambiguous value stays unknown until an engineer decides. No model output becomes a pass by itself.
No autonomous sends or awards.
Sending an RFQ, accepting a deviation and awarding a supplier each require a named person with the authority to do it.
No availability we cannot prove.
A lead time or production slot is shown as verified only when the supplier confirmed it in writing, with a date, and you can open that document.
Your documents stay yours.
Each customer is isolated end to end. Originals are immutable, retention is yours to set, and nothing is used to train models.
Start with a 48-hour quote audit.
Send one live package, the spec and the quotes you already have. Within 48 hours you get back a normalized comparison with every exception flagged and every value linked to its page. Fixed scope, one package, nothing goes out to your suppliers.
Request the audit- You send
- The spec (PDF), the quotes (PDF or email) and the site-required date, under a signed data agreement. Redacted is fine.
- You get
- The bid matrix for your package, the list of technical exceptions, and a before/after of what the quotes claimed versus what the spec requires.
- What it costs
- A fixed pilot fee agreed up front. No subscription, no per-seat licence, no commitment beyond the one package.
